(RADIATOR) Check Simultaneous-Use for Windows NT/W2K RAS

Hello Le Anh Tuan -

Radiator can check simultaneous use in several ways, including an in-memory 
database (default), an SQL database (recommended) or a DBM database.

Have a look at section 6.7 (and following) in the Radiator 2.18.1 reference 
manual.
