(RADIATOR) Timestamp Formatting

I am planning on using <AddressAllocator SQL>. In the RADPOOL table
there is a TIME_STAMP field. Is this the time that the address was
allocated? Can I use DateFormat to format this? If so how? If not,
what can I do?
