(RADIATOR) Framed-Protocol on Ascend/3COM

Hello William -

You will need to have a look at a trace 4 debug from Radiator to see 
what attributes are actually in the requests from the TotalControl. 
My reading of the standard Radiator dictionary shows the value as 
"MPP". You will need to find out from your vendor what the correct 
reply attributes should be.
