(RADIATOR) No such user

Hello Lisa -

This is standard Radiator behaviour. If Radiator does a lookup for a 
user and does not find that user (in whatever file or database), 
Radiator will then continue to look for DEFAULT user(s). You can 
change this with the NoDefault and NoDefaultIfFound parameters.

Have a look at section 6.16.12 and 6.16.13 in the manual.
