(RADIATOR) Radiator RADCONFIG table load question

Has anyone created a default loader for the Radiator 'RadConfig' table?

The script editRadconfig.pl requires data before one may modify it.

Sort of backwards eh.

How does one get data into said table? Other then a direct sql load?
