(RADIATOR) Newbie Question

Hi! Mailing List,

I am trying to find a quick and dirty way of checking Auth By 
RADMIN. I have configured all as required by Radiator, Radiator 
installation guide. 

How do I check whether the RADUSER table. I am using MySQL. Also 
how do I verify whether blocktime filtering of users, based on 
time usage is working.
