(RADIATOR) Cisco NAS sometimes not sending Framed-IP-Address

Hello Johann -
You can also send the Framed-IP-Address in the Class attribute when the user
is accepted, and then have a PreClientHook copy the Class attribute into a
new Framed-IP-Address attribute if it is missing.
I have posted a copy of the hook recently.
