(RADIATOR) Configuring a user for VPN

I'm trying to set up a user in the users file for VPN.

One of the entries is
cisco-avpair = "vpdn:tunnel-id = <NAS name>

Since we have 45 NAS's, I'd this value to be dynamically picked for each
authentication for that user.  I'm I correct in assuming that I can do
this with DynamicReply or DynamicCheck.
