Perhaps you could try,

<Handler Prefix = /gric|fcc/>
.
.
.
</Handler>

<Handler Prefix = IPASS/>
.
.
.
</Handler>

<Handler Realm = ayayai.com>
.
.
.
</Handler>

I guess that would be more like what you want.

According to the manual

 Mixing Handlers and Realms in the same configuration file is
permissible but may lead to hard to understand handler selections, and
difficult to understand behaviour.
