(RADIATOR) Pseudo-Request-Source ?

Hi all,

Does anyone know Pseudo-Request-Source Attribute mean ?
As I heard it, it is the source IP where packets were sent from. 

Is there a way for me to tell whether packets received were proxied 
or not in the access-request ?
