(RADIATOR) Stalled logfile after HUP signal

MALP> On a Linux machine, I've observed that when running at trace level 4,
MALP> giving the 'perl radiusd' process a HUP signal causes the main logfile
MALP> /var/log/radius/logfile to stall.  Only killing and restarting radiusd
MALP> makes it continue again.  Anyone else seen this?  How can I get
MALP> radiusd to tell me why the log file is not being appended to?

Please tell what's kind of Linux you use, what's version Perl and
Radiator.
