Hello Jesús,

Looks like INET.pm was not included by default in 5.005_03.
You will have to build it yourself, I think.

My CPAN search shows it is part of IO-1.20, 
http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/GBARR/IO-1.20.tar.gz
