[NETS] NETS test.pl Not OK 1 on windows2003/MS SQL

Hello team, I have tested NETS on three computers and always got the same error when I run test.pl
... caught at ./netsmain.pl line 2.

But the GUI looks ok  for login when I ignore it and just run netsmain.pl 

is it some bug for the test.pl only? Any patch for it? Please advise,thanks!
