(CATOOL) CATool Version 1.3.7 released

We are pleased to announce the release of CATool version 1.3.7

This minor release fixes a bug

As usual, the new version is available to current licensees from:

Fixed a problem where a certificate that was created with a passphrase on the
private key could not be renewed. Reported by Martin Burton.
