(CATOOL) pk12 import error

hi,

when i try and import a p12 file into my browser i always get an 
incorrect password error. this happens on mozilla/solaris and IE on 
windows. i have only set the p12 import password, there is no password 
assigned to the key itself though i get the same error when the key is 
password protected also. what's the reason for this?
