Instantiating a new Radiator NFV stack on OpenStack takes approximately 20 minutes:

- OpenStack Heat orchestration creates automatically those 11 VMs and other OpenStack related 
  resources as e.g. network and auto scaling group based on Heat orchestration template.
- Chef recipes are used to install and configure software components on VMs based on 
  nodes' role.
