(RADIATOR) SessionDatabase SQL

I am looking for an example radius config file with use of SessionDatabase 
SQL.  I have looked through the goodies directory that came with our radius 
(version 3.9) but did not find anything that used SessionDatabase by SQL 
(unless I missed it).  Also on the same note in the msqlCreate.sql example 
in the goodies directory... will that create everything needed for both a 
authby SQL and SessionDatabase by SQL on a Microsoft SQL 2000 database?  It 
appears as if it is both the auth tables and session tables rolled into one 
creation script.  Any help/example config or sql creation script for tables 
necessary for doing SessionDatabase SQL would be very helpful.
