(RADIATOR) Optimising Oracle queries in Radiator

Hello Denis -

You can either use stored procedures with the AuthBy PLSQL clause 
contained in the "goodies" directory, and/or you can use bind variables 
in the AddressAllocator clause. See the example in 
"goodies/addressallocator.cfg".
