(RADIATOR) PEAP authentication problems ...

Hello,

The small part of the log file you sent seems to show that some part of the 
EAP support failed to load properly. Its hard to be sure, but this is 
probably due to a required perl module not being installed.

If you look earlier in your log file , you might see an error message saying 
which module is missing. See the top of eap_peap.cfg for details about 
required perl modules.
