(RADIATOR) 2.18 manual

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could download a copy of the 2.18 
manual for radiator. I have the 2.15 and 2.19, but have found out that we 
have 2.18 on our servers...

On a second note, how difficult is it to upgrade from one version to the 
next? Is it just a matter of compiling and moving the 
clients.inc/radius.cfg/realms over?
